Designer Balloons Studio is a Bermudian owned small business that has been operating for nearly 17 years. We specialize in balloon decor, event decorating and other party supplies. Barbara Spence, Owner of Designer Balloons, describes the new space as a "one-stop-shop" for not only balloons, but also plates, cups, napkins and other party supplies.
